Rosie’s Wish Community Development Corporation is a dedicated Las Vegas nonprofit committed to fostering health and wellness and family preservation in the North Las Vegas community. Our primary mission is to combat the local rise of juvenile diabetes and obesity by providing vital resources, education, and support to build healthier, stronger families.
Family Advocacy & Mediation Services (FAMS): We provide crucial crisis intervention and support for vulnerable Las Vegas families. This includes assistance with utilities, rent, health services, and educational rights to keep families stable and together. Your donation helps a local family in crisis keep their lights on and their kids in school.
Rehabilitation and Mentoring Outreach Services (RAMOS): We offer clinical services, including diagnostic assessments and individual mentoring to promote empowerment, recovery, and positive behavior in high-risk children and youth.
- Fitness & Health Strategies: We develop community programs focused on childhood diabetes prevention by promoting nutritious habits and physical activities that teach teamwork and leadership skills to local children.
