Rosie’s Wish CDC, in partnership with Empowering 2 Excel, is equipping 45 children with books, backpacks, and digital learning tools. This project bridges the gap for underserved youth, providing the resources and mentorship they need to thrive academically and personally. Together, we are building brighter futures—one child at a time.
