As the temperatures drop, many children and families in our community face the harsh reality of not having the basic essentials to stay warm. At Rosie’s Wish CDC, we believe every child deserves to feel the comfort of a warm coat and the joy of a holiday gift. That’s why we are launching the Winter Coat & Gift Drive—a community-wide effort to bring warmth, dignity, and hope to those in need.

What We’re Collecting

• New or gently used winter coats (all sizes, children and adults)

• New hats, scarves, and gloves

• Unwrapped holiday gifts and toys for children of all ages

Why It Matters

• A warm coat isn’t just clothing—it’s protection, safety, and comfort.

• A gift isn’t just a toy—it’s a reminder that a child is loved, seen, and cared for.

• Together, we can make this season brighter for families who are struggling.

How You Can Help

1. Donate Items – Drop off coats, gifts, and winter gear at designated collection sites.

2. Give Financially – Your contributions help us purchase new coats and gifts for children in need.

3. Volunteer – Join our team to help organize, wrap, and distribute donations.

Distribution Event

Rosie’s Wish will host a Community Winter Blessing Event where families can receive coats, gifts, and encouragement. With your help, children will leave not only with warmth for the body but also with joy for the soul.
